1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "sp252", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the sp252 online gaming platform, accessible at https://sp252.net, and the operating entity that owns and manages this service.
• "Platform" — means the sp252 website, mobile interface, applications, APIs, and all associated gaming products and services offered therein.
• "Member", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the sp252 Platform.
• "Account" — means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration, through which that Member accesses the Platform's services.
• "Balance" — means the total of real-money funds held in a Member's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), excluding any bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" — means any promotional credits, matched deposit bonuses, free bet credits, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's Account by sp252 under a promotional offer.
• "Wager" — means any bet, stake, or game round placed by a Member using real-money Balance or eligible Bonus Funds on any game or market available on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — means the minimum total value of Wagers that must be placed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and document verification process that sp252 requires Members to complete in accordance with international anti-money-laundering standards.
• "IDR" — Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, and the sole currency used for all transactions on the Platform.
• "WIB" — Waktu Indonesia Barat (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7), the time zone used as the default reference for all Platform schedules, draw times, and customer service hours unless otherwise specified.

2. Eligibility

Access to, and use of, the sp252 Platform is strictly conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal vehicles may not register as Members.
• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and must remain so for the duration of your Account's operation.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law at the time of access.
• You must not be listed on any government-mandated self-exclusion register or have been subject to a prior permanent ban by sp252.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

sp252 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension until compliance is achieved.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of sp252 services, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your Account:

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile telephone number.
• You are required to create a unique username and a strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Each individual may register only one Account. Attempts to operate multiple Accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and balances being reviewed for potential forfeiture.
• You must not register an Account on behalf of another person, or allow any other person to use your Account.

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. sp252 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.
• You must notify sp252 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• sp252 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all Members through the Account security settings.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing period. Outstanding Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sp252 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sp252 supports the following payment methods for Indonesian Members:

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though sp252 may impose transaction limits for compliance purposes.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time in the vast majority of cases. Delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside sp252's control.
• sp252 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which sp252 bears no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000. Maximum single withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction, subject to daily limits as communicated in the Account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the sp252 Account. This policy is enforced without exception.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for verified Members during normal operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operating window.
• sp252 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is high or unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is only permitted after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full.

5. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Verification

sp252 is committed to preventing money laundering, fraud, and the financing of illicit activity. In accordance with international standards, all Members are subject to a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. The following applies:

• Identity verification may be requested at registration or at any subsequent point, including before a withdrawal is processed.
• Accepted identity documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Indonesian Passport, or Indonesian Driving License (SIM). Documents must be current and clearly legible.
• Proof of address may be required in the form of a recent bank statement or utility bill issued within the past three months, showing your name and registered Indonesian address.
• Payment method verification may be required — for example, a screenshot or photo of the registered bank account or e-wallet confirming the account holder's name matches the sp252 Account.
• sp252 will endeavor to complete verification reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Accounts under active review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended pending clearance.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

6. Gameplay Rules

The sp252 Platform hosts a range of gaming products, each governed by its own specific rules in addition to these overarching Terms. Members are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each product before placing any Wager.

6.1 Sportsbook

Bets placed on the sp252 sportsbook are subject to the specific market rules published for each event. Key principles include:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. sp252 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors; bets placed on erroneous odds will be voided and stakes returned.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to succeed. If one leg is voided (e.g., match abandonment), the accumulator is recalculated using the remaining selections.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to network latency. sp252 reserves the right to void live bets where there is clear evidence of a result being known at the time of placement.
• Asian handicap (voor bola) and Over/Under markets follow standard international rules as published on the relevant event page.

6.2 Casino & Live Casino

All casino games available on sp252 are operated by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface. sp252 accepts no liability for gameplay disputes arising from a Member's failure to read applicable game rules prior to wagering.

6.3 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results on sp252 are sourced from official live draw broadcasts. In the event of a discrepancy between the sp252 platform display and the official draw result, the official draw result takes precedence. Togel bets are non-cancellable once confirmed by the Member.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

sp252 periodically offers promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• A Member may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus via duplicate Accounts will be treated as fraud and actioned accordingly.
• Bonus Funds are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to the Wagering Requirement being met.
• Specific game contribution rates apply to Wagering Requirements (e.g., some table games contribute at a lower rate than slots). Full contribution rate tables are published in the promotions section of the Platform.
• sp252 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a Member has already accepted and is actively fulfilling the terms of a specific bonus.
• Bonus Funds that remain unclaimed or whose Wagering Requirements remain unmet after the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account.

8. Responsible Gaming

sp252 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to protecting vulnerable individuals. The following tools and policies are in place for all Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once a limit is applied, it takes effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure session duration reminders and mandatory log-off timers to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may apply a temporary account restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, deposits and wagering are suspended; withdrawal of real-money balances remains available.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who believe they may have a gambling problem may request a self-exclusion of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed within the selected period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides on-screen net session win/loss summaries at regular intervals to help Members maintain awareness of their activity.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sp252 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited activities will be subject to immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Operating more than one Account, either under the same identity or any other identity, for any purpose.
• Making deposits using payment accounts not registered in your own legal name, or using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorized payment credentials.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or any form of coordinated play designed to circumvent the intent of promotional offers.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner without sp252's express written consent.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using sp252 as a vehicle for any financially illicit activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or using offensive language toward sp252 staff or other Members in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the sp252 Platform's backend systems, source code, or databases.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the sp252 Platform — including but not limited to the sp252 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of sp252 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit any of the following without sp252's prior written consent:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content.
• Creation of derivative works based on Platform content.
• Commercial use of any sp252 brand assets, including the sp252 name and logo.
• Screen-scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of Platform content.

Game content displayed within the sp252 Platform is owned by the respective game studio (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt) and is subject to those studios' own intellectual property rights. sp252 is a licensee of such content and not the originating rights holder.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

sp252 collects and processes personal data about Members as necessary to provide the Platform's services. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data are governed by the sp252 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an Account on sp252, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Key data protection commitments include:

• Your personal data is processed for the purposes of account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, KYC compliance, and customer support only.
• sp252 does not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• All personal data is stored on servers protected by industry-standard physical and digital security controls.
• Members have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to sp252's legal obligations to retain certain records for compliance purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sp252's total liability to any Member — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sp252 shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether sp252 was advised of the possibility of such loss or damage:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data, including Account history or transaction records, where caused by events outside sp252's reasonable control.
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, internet service provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where the Member failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms limits sp252's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Amendments to These Terms

sp252 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sp252 will notify active Members via the registered email address or a prominently displayed in-platform notification, no fewer than 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure and withdrawal of any available real-money Balance.

The date shown in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. We recommend that Members review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them or to the use of the sp252 Platform, shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law.

In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact sp252's customer support team in the first instance. sp252 will endeavor to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected], providing sufficient detail of the dispute, the account holder's username, and the relevant transaction or event reference.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration process. sp252 and the Member agree that arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.
